The words “I am...” Are very powerful words!
Whenever you say, “I am....” you are proclaiming who you are and want you want to be to the Universe, to yourself and to others. The Universe will always agree with what you say (be it positive or negative) and makes it so.
This is why it is very damaging to say such things as -- I am so unhappy, I am always late, I am sick, I am fat, I am ugly, I am exhausted, I am an idiot, I am always stressed. These statements attract more of these negative conditions into your life, whether you believe it or not.
This week, use the words “I am…” to create the exact conditions you want in your life. But, you can't just say the new positive words, although that is a start. You have to believe the words you are saying. Every time a negative thought starts to enter your mind this week just keep repeating in your mind...
I am wonderful! Everything is wonderful!
It won't feel wonderful at first.. but give it a few days. You may end up saying I am wonderful, everything is wonderful about 500 times in a day (maybe more if it's a really bad day...). As the week goes on and you begin to notice how wonderful everything is, try creating a few of your own personalized statements to try!
